Right now the wounds of my mother’s death are fresh and I hope someday soon I can remember her life and her death will take a back burner.
In trying to remember her life and somehow push her last week of life aside I have taken on a sewing project, made freezer jam for the first time, and tomato sauce using tomatoes from my mother’s garden all in the hopes of remembering her life.
